Was looking forward to this book after reading the blurb but am afraid I was disappointed with the book. Felt it was very slow and spent lot of time telling the story of family life and took a long time to get to the event that was the focus of the book then hoped it would get better but unfortunately I found it still slow and I didn’t enjoy this book at all.
