My first impression of the cover is that I like it as it makes me want to know more about the book and seeing how the mum copes with the two contrasts of her life shown on the cover. The book sounds like a fun and easy read but I'm not sure if it would keep my interest til the end as it's a good concept but not the kind of book I typically read.
