The book cover is great with it's two tone red and black cover and silhouette, one side an assassin and the other a mother holding a stuffed bunny. I was drawn to find out more.

The blurb sold me and i knew i had to read more into Alexis and about her juggling two worlds.

The story was slow to start with and initially i was disappointed i might not be able to see it through to the end. It did however pick up and after that i was hooked and finished it within a few days.

I enjoyed the story as a whole and while i'm not a mother i felt i could relate to a lot of the things written. It was hilarious at times and had me on the edge of my seat at the next. Torn between a job and motherhood, Alexis managed to rock both aspects.
