Third book in The Amateurs series
The cover of the book will be instantly recognisable as another in Sara Shepherd's series 'The Amateurs'.
Not having read the previous 2 books (The Amateurs and Follow Me), I found all the different characters and their relationships to each other confusing but expect it would all become clear eventually.
Serial killer, Brett, has kidnapped Aerin and has told Aerin's friends that they must find a missing 9 year old boy within 3 days in order to get Aerin back.
The plot sounds rather convoluted and implausible as does the whole idea of The Amateurs - Enid Blyton's Famous Five ten years older and in modern day USA..
