I found the start of ‘The Amateurs: Last Seen’ both truthful and grasping. The development of the relationships between characters camd from the very beginning - an attribute to be commended. Being a person who has never read writing by Sara Shepard before, I was impressed by the standard of writing and the careful crafting, even in a short extract.
