This is book 3 in the series. I haven't read the first two but was able to follow the story, though I think to truly appreciate the book it would pay to read the first two. I figured out enough for it to make sense though. This was a good story with an interesting plot but for some reason it just didn't thrill me as much as I hoped. I'm not even sure I can say why. The story was well developed and had some good twists. I also loved the very end it was a clever way to finish.
After the PLL series, I left Sara's books because they seemed so predictable and weird, but I gave this a go anyway, and I like this a little more than the PLL series, to be honest.
I'd recommend this to any readers who want a nice thrilling read.
