OK, so here it goes... I have never watched a single episode of Pretty Little Liars and I don’t intend to. When I started reading the book I had no idea that this was supposed to be a series so I didn’t know the background story and I was not prepared. I was quite lost with this book to be honest, I have no idea how I managed to finish it. It took me quite a while. I mean, it’s well written and I can see why so many people would love it, but for me it wasn’t what I expected.
For future reference, I’ll make sure that I check whether I’m reading a book belonging to a series lol.
I don’t like giving it a low rating because I know it is my fault, but it seems interesting enough. For fans of PLL I guess it’d be a great book and read.
