The character development in this book is outstanding. I felt like everyone was a real person, I felt like I knew these people and that, despite the strange situation, I could imagine it happening to anyone. As the reader it becomes impossible to decide who Sherman should stay with, and it's a task you wouldn't wish on anyone, let alone Sally who has so much going on anyway due to her sick mother. I honestly found myself caring so much for each and every character and I wanted everything to work out well for everyone. brilliantly and intricately plotted, this is an on-the-edge-of-your-seat read as the story twists and turns with the efforts of three strangers to untangle the conspiracy in which they find themselves entwined.
