Before this book I didn't realise it was possible to fall in love with an animal character but now I do.
In lawyer for the dog, the author manages to explore what brings people together can also be the thing that pushes the people apart. This is done through figuring out what the best thing to do for the dog is. We explore love and heartbreak and how that affects the people around us through a dogs feelings.
This made me laugh in places and cringe in others. I enjoyed meeting and spending time with all of the characters.
The writing could have been improved upon and the pacing changed slightly but overall a book I enjoyed and have passed onto friends for them to enjoy.
Not the best Ive ever read but a well rounded enjoyable read.
