The story revolves around an actress who pealed at the age of 4 and has drifted ever since. It reflects the superficial self obsessed lifestyle of those on the fringes of the world of theatre film and television. It is sad that these people need to be sen at the right places, indulge in drugs and alcohol and casual sex as acceptable and normal. To float around London without purpose or direction, it sounds a horrible way to live. The cover is bright and shows "celebs" on a red carpet being photographed, appropriate for the story.
