This isn’t the usual sort of book I would read, but I was curious about the premise and the fake relationship.
I found the book easy to read, but I didn’t warm to any of the characters and didn’t find them relatable at all. I’m not sure they’re meant to be likeable, so if this is the case, the author has done well.
The first few chapters have set the scene a bit but I would be interested to read more and see what happens and how Adam comes to be dead.
