The cover reflects the synopsis but the synopsis doesn't appeal to me as I'm not interested in minor celebrities or fauxmances. I do love a good thriller but despite one of the main characters ending up dead in a swimming pool, this book doesn't seem to fit into that genre. I did try reading the extract but I didn't gel with the writing style and found the dialogue more off-putting than appealing. I can only conclude that this book is not for me.
