I really wanted to enjoy this book, especially after reading the blurb but I felt like I was skim reading just to finish it. Great concept just not as face paced as I expected.
Set in the world of the rich and famous the main character is Lily Thane who starts a fauxmance with a high profile actor Adam. A lot happens between them and they break up and then Adam is found dead. What should be a great story turned into a boring story.
The twist at the end wasn’t what I expected and that was really good but then again it should have ended there instead it carried in into something else.
I was so looking forward to this book and in the end it turned out that it wasn’t such a mystery book but I felt like it was a book about the rich and famous and the scandals that happen to the elite. I wish it was more about the mystery and not scandals.
