We have all been there!
The first few lines and i was already nodding to agree with how the character was feeling. When "the girls" start talking about foundation costs- you cant queation the price. Then its the hair. In real life when i am in the same situatio all i want to do is pull my own hair out.
While all this is going on no one is thinking or talking about the big iasues in the world.
I have only read 30 pages but i could not agree more with the book.
I would love to read more od this book and by this author. It does feel similar to the Holly Bourne books which i also loved.
It is refreshing to read a book that empowers and explore speaking about is a good thing instead of going along with the group.
