This book fascinated me even as a teenager, realistically the emotions Marin experiences after losing Sebastien are ones I can't really relate to. However the book held me in its grip and I was wholly disappointed when the book extract came to its end. This is a testament to the quality of Jennifer Hillier's writing. All I can add is astonishing!
