Every parent's worst nightmare - losing a child. I could feel Marin's growing panic through the page. The anxiety was contagious. In the next chapter, I could also empathise with Marin's depression, just her trying to get through the day. I'm doing my PGCE as a primary school teacher so losing a child is also my worst nightmare, especially when we're on school trips! I would love to read this book to find out more.
