Intriguing to know who’s got the hidden secrets in the story

From what I have read I feel there’s more from Dereck than just the affair. Although having said that I wonder if Marin has some secrets from the past, maybe some shed much rather forget which has came back to haunt her. I know I will not like Dereck from my early read and will feel sorry for Marin but I do think the story has a lot more to give and we will be surprised by the outcome. I do like a thriller story and feel there’s more to this thriller than just a missing child. The front cover of the story gives the impression that they both have secrets within the home.
