I liked the front cover, this was fitting with the genre and I was intrigued by the title so I delved right in. This novel surrounds the abduction of Marin's son Sebastian. I felt that Marin wasn't totally likeable but I felt her pain and I felt the agony that she felt for her abducted son. Marin doesn't always make the best decisions but she makes some seriously interesting decisions. This story does take on some unusual but entertaining twists and turns. I did enjoy this book whilst I was reading it, it was fast paced and a lot was happening throughout. But after finishing the story I will likely forget the details of what happened. For me this was an average psychological thriller. This might be a good thriller for readers who are new to thrillers. The fast pace and the entertaining scenes may wow those who have not read too many thrillers.
