Well! This book absolutely blew me out of the water! I hate it when I think I guess a plot ending half way through and that’s what I thought I had done with this one.. Boy was I wrong! I didn’t see that ending coming at all which is quite refreshing. I haven’t read a good twist like that in a long time. I loved the way the chapters were laid out, I always prefer things to be written from the author looking at the story and not a character telling the story. It makes it so much easier to keep track. The emotional journey that was captured in Marins monologue was so profound I often found myself crying by just the sheer pain I could imagine she was going through. Brilliantly written, twist executed perfectly, definitely recommended
