Wow I absolutely loved this book! I had never read anything by this author before but she is definitely someone I would look out for in the future.

Without trying to give too much of the plot away, the story follows affluent couple Marin and Derek have the ‘perfect life’, until their son Sebastian goes missing one day at a busy shopping centre with no leads as to who took him or why.
Marin hires a private investigator to look into his disappearance, who also uncovers her husbands secret affair. Marin begins tracking her husband and his new girlfriend and hires a hit man to kill her! Marin can’t think of another way to end this affair. She wants her relationship with her husband to work and their son to be returned so they can go back to their happy family.
So many plot twists and turns that I did not see coming. This book kept me on edge until the very end and it was interesting to read how the characters were linked and their intertwining relationships.
