This book really intrigues me as on first impression it seems like it should be a YA novel, so I'm interested to see what makes it aimed at an older audience. Saying that, it does seem very relatable, as many people will have experienced family disagreements and family bereavement, while also being intriguing due to one character having to follow everything the other says.
