Two sisters, Tina and Lottie, embark on a 2 week road trip across the US in an attempt to reignite their relationship. Lottie the "boring" one, about to get married to "Mr Dull" and Tina the party girl resistant to the idea of settling down. They meet several characters along the way and you are gradually given more and more details about their lives and past relationship.
Tina, having won some money, decides to take her sister on a trip to try to change her mind about her impending nuptials. She gives Lottie just one rule - agree to everything she asks her to do. As the story continues, the readers sees Lottie taking on all sorts of challenges and risks. You learn more and more about both the sisters as they learn more and more about each other.
The book was an easy read, often a page turner, but I found the ending disappointing. It felt as if the story had got to a point where the author needed to wrap it up and it all seemed a bit too quick and unbelievable.
However, I did enjoy it and would recommend as a book to throw into your suitcase when you head off on your travels.
