'Live a Little' is about sisters Lottie and Tina who go on a road trip across the United States together, before Lottie is due to marry her long term boyfriend Dean. The trip is in the hopes to remedy the drifting apart of the siblings relationship since the loss of their older sister Mia.
Each chapter is based around both siblings, from the present trip, to reminiscing on earlier times, of their own memories of Mia. It's a rollercoaster of emotions at times, and taking an honest look at their own feelings/relationships.
The book is well written and an easy read, easy to pick up and put down if necessary. I've not read any books by Madeleine Reiss before, but definitely would do again.
