The one thing I did really like about this book is that it was a very easy read kind of book. Also I liked the font size, it was not too small. I also felt we really got to know and care for the main characters. I would have liked a little more of a backstory about Mia and Spike. I just felt that overall this book didn’t keep me wanting to read more. I kept putting it down and getting distracted. In my opinion the storyline wasn’t all that original or unique and a bit far fetched. Unfortunately it was not my type of book and I would recommend it only as a light read while on holiday perhaps. I also wasn’t fond of some of the authors style writing, I felt that some parts were overly descriptive.
