First of all the front cover - it’s bright, bubbly and really brings the characters and the feel of the book to life - makes it seem like a holiday read. I’ve already read a couple of books by this author so I was expecting to like it and expecting it to be somewhat emotional like the ones I have read previously. Which it was but not as much as the others.
I really got into the characters and liked the background story of Mia and the reason why they were going on the road trip. If I am being honest I did get bored towards the end and was sort of thinking it needed to finish and was dragging on. Not really a fan of the end either - a bit too fairy tale like and a bit too predictable.
