It’s got some interesting story lines but can read slightly fragmented. The idea of dealing with loss is a subject which appeals to me but seems to be understated in this book. Loss is an incredibly difficult process that takes more time than this books portrays.
The idea of two sisters being polar opposites seems cliche and I would’ve liked a deeper storyline regarding the development of a treasured and unfulfilled career choice. The narrative seems to reflect that of Sophie kinsilla books but have deeper elements which make it difficult to understand the target audience of this book. Some parts of the book seem promising but the overall concept seems fundamentally fragmented which may let it down.
