I used my points to claim this book before reading the first impression because I knew I would love it from the front page and blurb. I have since read the first 2 chapters and adored it. I love that the chapters are named after the clients (the dogs!) I am enjoying the flow of the book and look forward to seeing how the business grows but mostly hearing what the dogs get up to!
