Kate is young and disillusioned with the world of work, until she stumbles upon dog walking. Kaye immediately decides this is the role for her and sets about setting up her own business.
Over the years we follow Kate as she builds her business and her family. The characters range from an average family to the eccentric and celebrity!
I love the mix of personalities on both the humans and the dogs. I love the insights into life behind closed doors, the glimpses Kate is allowed as she goes in to collect dogs.
The book is heart warming and funny, but also does have some important messages too. The relationship between Kate and her mum is interesting and runs as an undercurrent through the book.
A brilliant, easy to read book and the cover is absolutely beautiful.
