I must admit that I don't often read non-fiction books but I thought this one sounded like a lovely read and I wasn't wrong! This is the author's memoirs of her time as a dog walker and having her own dog walking company in London. We first meet Kate when she doesn't really know what to do with her life and one day she comes up with the idea of becoming a dog walker - she loves dogs after all so it seems like the perfect idea. What could go wrong?!

Each chapter we meet a different dog and find out how challenging the clients are - the owners can be rather demanding! There are more than a few comedy moments that made me giggle so much, but it's also heartfelt and by the end of the book I felt like I knew Kate as over the nine years the story covers, we follow her own personal journey of finding out what it is she wants from life.

It really was a delightful book and made me smile all the way through - if you love dogs... or even if you don't, then I'd highly recommend you give this one a read!
