I was drawn in by the gorgeous cover and thankfully, I enjoyed the contents too! I'm not normally a fan of memoirs but the cover and the dog theme drew me in to this book, which is an autobiographical account of how Kate sets up her own dog-walking business. With no experience of working with dogs, she writes about the ups and downs of her new adventure. This book is really heart-warming and sweet and I loved the stories of the different dogs (especially Stanley!). It's a real rollercoaster of emotions - funny, sad, sweet, charming. I would definitely recommend this to any dog lover, although if you aren't super keen on them, you may find this a bit boring or repetitive, as some of the stories are very similar (simply because the premise is the same for each part - here's a dog which I walked and this is what we got up to!)
