Love, Hate and Other Filters gives us a glimpse into the world of a young Muslim girl navigating life in the US. What I loved most was the exploration of her being caught between her own ambitions and those of her families. Will Maya tell her Mum where she wants to study? Who will win her heart out of Phil and Kareem? I need to find out!
