I gave this book a 3 star rating, as for me, it was an average read.
I went into this book thinking it would focus more on the suicide bomber/race part of the novel, but this ended up being pushed to the side for the realtionship, which I didn't appreciate.
I really liked that the main protagonist had a strong passion, I love reading about characters of whom have a hobby which they continue to pursue throughout the book.
The live triangle was just bizarre. I didn't like who she ended up with and the reasons for this will become clear when you read the book.
I did like how racism was handled in this book, and how the author explored how race can affect your time at school and in society in general.
