Lovely, charming read.
This book is a great and relevant read; our world is full of technology a and plethora of people form different backgrounds that need to be celebrated. Our protagonist is a muslim young women who is empowered by her identity, in a world where 'other' is not exactly liked by many.
This is a great YA novella, as it uses a young persons voice to 'start a conversation' within the context of the book. It really did make me think about the world around us, and the struggles many young people must go through especially if they grow up in a culture that is not the 'norm' from many around them.
This evoked many emotions; it was written in such a lovely, conversational and eye opening way that I could not put it down.
