I tend to steer clear of mummy type books, I tend to find it hard to connect with the MC if I am not a mother myself so I don't tend to relate to the characters too much. I do like the take on this book though as it doesn't seem to focus solely on the MC being a parent but also about her own individuality and her connection and love of music.
I'd like to think that the autism aspect of this book is dealt with well and that there is good representation of it overall.
