The extract is utterly hilarious and I’m sure all mothers can relate to this is some way, shape or form. When she said about her husband sleeping through the screams reminded me of my nights cradling a screaming baby while my hubby snored in the bed next to me and contemplating suffocating him with a pillow. The feelings of hopelessness in shedding the baby weight and feeling unattractive are also very relatable.
