I was immediately intrigued by M is for Mummy, being a cello playing mum too. I'm not usually a fan of mummy lit, but I absolutely adored this! Lucy is such a great character, so funny, foul mouthed and refreshingly honest. It is very rare that a book makes me laugh out loud, but this did frequently. Katy Cox is hilarious and has a magical knack of bringing to life the agonies ( and joys) of motherhood. She also gives us a tantalising peek into the often ridiculous lifestyle of a professional musician.
I can not wait to read the rest!
