I found this book a really enjoyable read. I very rarely laugh out loud at books and 'M for Mummy' got me laughing. It was very funny at parts
This humour was a contrast to the slightly more honest, serious themes throughout the book
The main character of the book, Lucy, leads a very different life to me (mainly being that I am not a parent) so i found it very interesting to read about that. I find that reading about a wide range of different people is great to understand what other people can be going through in life
Lucy plays the musical instrument the cello. I'm not a very musical person so i found it intriguing to read about a musician
I found this book medium-paced but it was a page-turner for me, i wanted to know what going to happen next in the book
