Loved this book! Such an honest description of motherhood, being a wife and the ups and downs of autism. Having 2 autistic children myself, I thought it was so refreshing to have an honest view of dealing with the diagnosis process. It also explains the challenges of trying to still be yourself and a mother. At several points in this book I actually laughed out loud as it is so true to life. The author doesn't spare any embarrassing details of her life during this time. I would absolutely love to read a follow on book. I need to know how her career and children develop more! I would also like to know more about her husband and how things develop between them and the situation. This couldn't of been an easy book to write for the author as some moments must of been truly emotional. I take my hat off to her for having the guts to let her private life known to all.
