Really sorry for writing this poor review and feel that this part could be to do with me struggling to focus at I present, but I read 100 pages and I would not be able to tell you much about the story. I felt that there was a lot of negativity about parenthood and it focussed more about the social social side of parenthood and thinking more about what people see and think about you as a mother than what you think of yourself. I understand that children have needs that are to be met and some children have more specific needs more than others but I did not feel that either the parent or child’s needs were a focus in Thai book. I liked the book cover and really wanted to enjoy the story but it was not meant to be and I feel that I gave it more pages than I would normally read before giving up but there are so many books out there that if I do not connect it is time to move on
