This was a super easy read that took me through all the emotions. I laughed, teared up and was 100% rooting for Lucy and her family! An incredibly touching and insightful story into being a mum, with two children, one who is autistic, trying to navigate every day life. The writing style was spot on with a perfect balance of exploring the issues and little comedic moments throughout. I thought that there was a good variety of characters, both main and supporting, to give it a realistic feel. I did not feel that it was rushed at any points during the story but also that it did not seem to be dragged out at any point, there was a good reading and story line pace established. I love that the author did not shy away from any issue, but approached them with honesty and sensitivity.
