The name and cover were not that attention grabbing but it was still enough to catch my interest to make me look in more detail at the blurb. It is a really great start and I would love to read more. I found it very relatable as a new mum and had a few laugh out loud moments where i tried not to wake my napping baby. Not clear if there is a gripping storyline as I think the book will become more of a telling of a daily life of a mum and detailing stories of what life brings but I will keep reading for the humour.
The supporting characters are interesting but i hope they get more time spent on them in the next chapters as I had not followed their background very well in the first chapters that I read.
I thought the writing style was good to follow and flows well so a lighthearted easy read I would love to continue seeing what happens next.
Would recommend the book to mummy friends who would get a laugh.
