Unfortunately I found this book really difficult to get in to. I did keep trying to persevere but it just was not for me.
I felt like this book was trying to be humorous but it just wasn't quite coming off in the right way, I could feel the intent behind it but it just did not hit the spot.
It might have got better as is went on but I really struggled through the first few chapters and I was not inclined to keep picking it up, which meant that I did not read the whole book.
I've read some reviews from others who seem to have thoroughly enjoyed it and found it to be lighthearted and full of laughs, but that was not my experience. I am surprised because usually this would have been the kind of book I would be drawn to and pick up in the library.
I think perhaps the writing style rather than the content of the book is what didn't quite match my interests, so I would say others give it a chance.
