This starts really well and gives a great introduction to Imelda Burova, her background, and her talents. I'm intrigued to see which direction this is going to take and already like a few of the characters.
It does quickly dive into stories for a couple of other characters which threw me, but I'm sure they will all tie in as the book develops.
The cover looks nice, but from what I've read so far I wouldn't exactly match it up to the story.
