Madame Burova, clairvoyant and palmist has a secret that she has kept for 50 years and it’s now time to do something about those two brown envelopes. Back in 1972 ( Biba... I remember it well) we meet a, somewhat confusing, but mostly sympathetic collection of people who are all going to be connected through a local holiday camp. As it’s an introductory chapter , that’s forgivable and I am sure that they will all become sorted out pretty soon. Seems like many secrets are to be spilled. Meanwhile in the present day divorcee Billie, looking forward to a fresh start, receives one of those two brown envelopes.... Very engaging and intriguing start. I am really looking forward to seeing how this all plays out..
