An interesting and original sounding storyline. I like the magical quality to the writing and descriptions, it feels like an interesting and easy read. The cover reflects these different story threads rather nicely. I read Ruth Hogan’s debut and found it a bit flimsy and unrealistic, but I would like the opportunity to give her another chance and see how her writing has developed!
