Ooh - the start of this book instantly draws you in to the world of Madame Burova. I love the way it changes timelines - both of which are very clearly marked through the descriptions of the era.
There are secrets to be told here but the fun part is not knowing what they are...and trying to guess.
Each character is likeable and reads very true - I loved the world of Madame Burova!
