I'll admit it - I've never read a Ruth Hogan book before.
Honestly I'm not a fan of the whimsical uplifting genre but always loved her covers - they're so eye-catching and slightly nostalgic (kudos to whoever's in charge of design) but the premise never draws me in. But maybe I'm mellowing with age - this sounds great!
