This is the first book I've looked at by this author, the cover caught my eye straight away & if I saw this on a bookstore shelf I would have to buy it. A very well written book, it comes together so seamlessly. Extremely moving, uplifting & with a definite feelgood factor, this book celebrates friendship, family and is absolutely stunning. Set in dual time lines, flitting between past and present Madam Burova will not dissapoint. This book will capture your heart and soul and stay with you for a long time after you have finished reading it. Fabulous characters, beautifully descriptive, magical, wonderful, I cannot put into words just how fabulous I found this book and how much I enjoyed reading it. I hope you will savour and relish it as much as I did & eagerly devour it in one sitting width a cup of tea and a slice of something sweet! Enjoy!
