MADAM BUROVA is more literary-fiction-lite and is a pleasant read that can be enjoyed over the course of an afternoon, or savoured over a day or two.
The narrative is split between Brighton in the 1970s and Brighton of the present-day and has two main characters - the titular Madam Burova and Billie.
I think this is such a great example of lots of things in life, madam burova is a book i Honestly thought I wouldn’t like but I was wrong it’s an amazing book that anyone should read, I would recommend this to anyone who likes young adult books... billie has lost her job, husband and now her identity so she follows her lead and ends up at madam burovas door,
