I really enjoyed reading this book. It is a story to truth and finding out who you are.

We meet Imelda Burova who has spent a lifetime keeping other people's secrets and is now retiring from her booth on the Brighton seafront after 50 years.

This book has a lovely nostalgic nature and takes you back 50 year as it goes between Brighton in the 1970s and the present day. I love the switching between nature of the storytelling because it was lovely way of linking all the different characters.

This is the first book I have read by Ruth Hogan although I have The Keeper of Lost Things on my to be read list. I will definitely make its definitely further up the list now. She is a very descriptive author and her books are very immersive.

The cover art is lovely and really reflects the book. I would recommend this book as it is a uplifting and sweet book. Would be a great summer read.
